At Scrubs and Pen, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our scrubs. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

At Scrubs and Pen, we reserve the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Items must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date

Shipping cost for return and exchange will be at customer’s expense.

 

Returns

Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase is required (receipt or order confirmation email).

Non-Eligible Items

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Customized or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Process

  1. Contact our Customer Service at scrubsandpen@gmail.com to initiate a return.

  2. You will receive a confirmation with Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to return your item(s).

  3. Ship the item(s) back to us using the provided instructions. You are responsible for the return shipping cost. Moreover, your responsibility until the Scrubs and Pen received the said item. We suggest to take a photo of the tracking number and email to us for proof and quicker processing of the returns.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your return and notify you of the approval or rejection.

Refunds

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Process

  1. Contact our Customer Service at scrubsandpen@gmail.com to initiate an exchange.
  2. You will receive an Exchange Authorization Number (EAN) and detailed instructions on how to return your item(s) for exchange.
  3. Ship the item(s) back to us using the provided instructions. You are responsible for the return shipping cost. It is still your responsibility until the Scrubs and Pen received the said item. We suggest to take a photo of the tracking number and email to us for proof and quicker processing of the exchange.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item(s), we will process the exchange and ship the new item(s) to you. You will cover the shipping cost or as per our shipping policy.

Conditions

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the desired item is out of stock, you may opt for a refund or choose a different item of equal value.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item at scrubsandpen@gmail.com. Provide details and we require photos of the defect or damage items. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
