Order Processing
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed by 2:00 PM local time (Monday-Friday) will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

*The timeframe provided is indicative only and is subject to change due to circumstances that beyond the Scrubs and Pen control. All of our items and merchandise are dispatched from Victoria.
Scrubs and Pen do not accept the responsibility for delayed items and will not provide postage for refund for items that do not arrive on time, nor the event that the customer gives the courier that authority to deliver the merchandise without the receiver signature. The Scrubs and pen is not held liable in the event that the parcel goes missing.
Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment.
- If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at scrubsandpen@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Address Accuracy
- Please ensure that all shipping information is correct. Scrubs and Pen are not responsible for delays or missed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately.
Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at scrubsandpen@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt. We encourage you to take a photo of the damage items and email it to us. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and provide a replacement or refund as needed.
